We are a Oaxacan food trailer that serves tlayudas, tacos, tortas and more, here in Houston. We strive to serve the same authentic flavors that you would find in the streets of Oaxaca by making our own handmade tortillas and bringing in our Oaxacan quesillo directly from Mexico.

Memo achieved his dream of opening up his own business and food trailer in April 2021. Serving the same food he grew up with in Oaxaca, Mexico, Memo wants to bring the cuisine of Southern Mexico to Houston for everyone to experience.
